You don't need a crisis to deserve support. Common doesn't mean you have to live with it.
Every person arrives with their own story. These are the threads that come up most.
Understand why desire shifts, what's getting in the way, and what you actually want.
Reconnect with your body and learn what feels good, safe and true for you.
Notice where your limits are and practise holding them, in the bedroom and beyond.
Find words for what you need, and say them without apologizing.
Understand why you chase or withdraw, and build steadier ways of connecting.
I'm Kelsey, a Registered Social Worker and therapist in Calgary. I've spent 10 years in sexual health, education and counselling, so conversations about desire, bodies and relationships are ones I have every day. Most of what people worry is "weird" or "too much" is far more common than they think.
My job is to make this feel safe, easy to talk about, and completely free of judgment. I draw on IFS-informed and EFT-informed work, CBT and mindfulness, shaped around you. You don't need the right words before you reach out. We can start wherever you are.
